Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar browser storage lets a site remember things on your device between visits. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we only need your consent for cookies that are not essential to the service you ask for.

These are essential for the store to work, so they are set without asking:

• Sign in (names beginning with sb, set by Supabase): keep you signed in to your account and protect sign in with Google or an email link. They last until you sign out, or up to a year.
• ell_country: remembers the country you chose in the region menu, so prices and delivery stay in your currency. Lasts one year.
• ell_geo: on your first visit, holds the country our hosting provider detects from your connection, so prices start in your currency. It contains only a country code. Lasts one year.

We also save two things in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us:

• Your bag: the pieces you have added, so they are still there when you come back.
• Your wishlist: the pieces you have saved with the heart.

When you pay, you move to a secure page run by Stripe or PayPal. They set their own cookies there to process your payment and prevent fraud. Their cookie policies explain these.

We do not use analytics, advertising or cross site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you do, you will be signed out and your bag, wishlist and region choice will be cleared.
