Accessibility statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes:

• text and buttons with clear colour contrast
• every page usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• descriptive text for product photographs
• forms with clear labels and error messages
• reduced animation when your device asks for it
• layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers, and when you zoom in

We know of these issues:

• Some older product photographs have short descriptions. We are improving them.
• Payment pages are run by Stripe and PayPal, and posts linked from Instagram are run by Instagram. We cannot control how accessible those pages are.
• Colour names are our own descriptions and may not match how every person sees a shade. Ask us if you would like a fuller description of a colour.

If any part of the site is difficult to use, contact us by email at shopellthelabel@gmail.com and tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 working days, and we will help you place your order another way if you need to.

We last reviewed this website and statement on 9 October 2026. We check new pages and features against WCAG 2.2 AA before they go live.
